Re: Inconsistency on translated pages links.

Well , I think thats easily solved by including both terms ? just like you wrote it
Werkzeugkette (toolchain),
(German)   and    (English).

Or is that what you suggested to the list on first place ?

I think you're not alone with this problem, as it's quite common among
people who are in advanced level in a profession and learnt it together
with English terminology. Translators always try to establish national
terminology, which might help beginners but confuse experts. In
Hungarian translation of w.d.o we try to keep the balance between
English terminology and Hungarian neologism. Other translation projects
don't do so, that's why I also prefer reading IT-specific websites in
English.

Hmm, /var/www/analog is already a symlink to /usr/share/analog/images
were you wanting that to be chgrp-ed -- that seems like an odd thing to do
to me.

It seems to me that we should perhaps just make /var/www belong to group
debwww and let you get on with it, but perhaps I'm missing something.

I'm afraid I'm not around much until the middle of next week, so if someone
else fancies dealing with this in the mean time, go ahead.

Cheers, Phil.

TOC in CD/faq/index.wml

Hi,

it seems that a <toc-add-entry> within an <if-stable-release> still
works regardless of the condition of <if-stable-release> as table of
contents contains both release-specific entries:

<if-stable-release release="sarge">
<toc-add-entry name="arch">Where are the images for AMD64, Hurd or
other architectures?</toc-add-entry>
</if-stable-release>
<if-stable-release release="etch">
<toc-add-entry name="arch">Where are the images for M68K, Hurd or
other architectures?</toc-add-entry>
</if-stable-release>

Best,
Viktor

Yes, looks like you are right.
I've removed all release dependent info as the easiest way to solve this
issue.

   * Source CD should include source for only the binary packages included -> set SOURCE=1. then e need to check
if all the source packages from the binary packages on our CD are on that CD...
   * standalone install is not localised. i.e., I selected german and KDE is still english
   * Wrong keyboard layout in LTSP, should be set by localization-config
