DebianTimes update

Hi,

the first test version of DebianTimes is now deployed on
times.turmzimmer.net (not on times.d.n to not spoil the name space).

Implemented so far:
- html and rss2.0 page (via templates like planet.d.n so that it's easy
  to implement more formats)
- single page per article

next steps:
- proper layout
- fix the entries so that only the html-body is displayed
- categories
- calender view for scrolling back
- rss-sucking
- translation

The raw articles are available via http://times.turmzimmer.net/articles
- they are in rst-format with rfc-822-style headers.

Comments are welcome.
