Bug#222899: updates on djohn

this is an update on information on djohn packaging.
Currently djohn can't be uploaded in debian because it uses
the last john version which is newer of the one currently in debian.
The main difference is that in the new version you can specify your
own john.ini with a environ variable, whilte the one in debian doesn't.
Djohn uses this feature to create a particular john.ini to make john
work in external method, so untile there isn't the newer version in 
debian, or the current version will be patched it's futile to upload it.
Currently i have no free time to spend on to look how to patch john, therefore
i retitle the ITP to RFP so if there's someone that wants to package it will
be free to do that.

Bug#210243: not putting xspringies in the debian project

I believe xspringies will not improve the debian project. Maybe it will
even degrade the quality and maintainability of the project.

But, since I promised to package it, I've put it in a separate archive.
If you want to try it out, add
deb http://www.elis.ugent.be/~pfaes deb main
to your /etc/apt/sources.conf file.

Ernesto,

You don't seem to understand our BTS fully. You cannot close a bug by
reporting a new one.

See the documentation linked from http://bugs.debian.org, and in this
case, you might also want to check out the developers reference on
'properly adopting a package'.

Please close 189809 only when a new package is in the archive, f.e. by
closing it in the changelog entry.

Please also don't forget to close this bug.
