Hmmm, of course I'd fail to look in one of the most obvious places. My
appologies.

No, it doesn't, but I guess I expected to see it here since nearly all
other discussion related to this vote was posted here, as were the
results.

Only now I notice that the tally sheet makes all the votes public.
Is this by accident again or was this the plan this time?

Also the text on http://www.debian.org/vote/2003/vote_0002 states

Additionally, the list of people for the election is available,
complete with tokens so that the voters may check their votes were
    tallied.

but there are no tokens in the list. (Well checking is easy if the
votes are public anyway).

Why would you think this was an accident?

How would the tokens help in any way for this vote?

Sorry, I remembered that the 2001 DPL election votes were
published by mistake. But now I see that this applies only
to DPL elections (constitution, section 5.2.5).

Thank you,

master.debian.org, /org/vote.debian.org/bin/ has all the gory
details. Unfortunately, devotee is not yet polished enough to be
packaged (all these programs need man pages, for example, and there
needs be a man page for the configuration file, examples of
configuration files for secret and non secret ballots, and the design
document needs to be fleshed out and updated.
