Default user is root w/ password arklinux (not a major security problem
because the admin interface is accessible from localhost only, nevertheless,
you should probably change it).

Big cursor themes?

Are there any big cursor themes for Ark Linux. I've used Debian's
package big-cursor on other systems, but I was wondering if there is an
RPM for Ark that does the same thing. It just makes the default X
cursor huge enough for me since I am visually impaired. I am trying to
find a good Linux desktop. Let me know if you have such support or know
of any additional software I can add to your distro to get that
working. Thanks!

black screen!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I bought alpha 11.1 and was excited to see how good it is! Well, got it installed on 400mhz, emachine with 4.3gb harddrive, and when it started to boot into kde, the screen went blank. It appears the monitor goes to sleep; can tell from the light on front, although other lights on front blink. I can get into the log in screen, but when I type su, it asks for password?????????????????? Can not get into root! This happend on the built in video, and on the ati rage card now in there. I tried 2 other cards, and it would not install them because error said something about frame buffers! It appears to install ok, but something is really wrong here, and I've checked the forum, and tried some basic stuff, none works; eg, change to 771. I want to know what the problem is, and what do I need to do to fix it??  Thank you,  Ron

auto dvd ...

Where is the auto dvd scripted at? When I put in a dvd into the drive ark
will fire up mplayer, skip all menus, and jump straight into the movie full
screen. I was just curious as to where that is at.
