is it my imagination? md5 problem with arch-0.7.base.iso

hi guys, i've tried downloading the 0.7 base iso from a few mirrors
and noted the md5sums, but it seems as if the stated md5sum and the
actual one for the iso seems to be different:

The md5sum that i get for arch-0.7-base.iso is

0d8bd1986f8f2e24de637ae2ef6bf112,

vs

d99a44e33ed79e85b4d0e6d9155d8f05 in arch-0.7.base.md5sum

Is anybody else encountering this? I have tried searching on google,
and the arch forums, but found nothing relating to this matter.

I just yesterday burn a copy of it and the md5sum was the official one.

Re: nforce install kernel 2.6.10

can you send the PKGBUILD or the partch you applied to nvidia driver
for kernel 2.6.10 or 2.6.10-mm3? the patch must fix all the:

error: too few arguments to function

so that everyone can use it.
thanks :)

(I know hi all ready did it, thats why I'm not doing it :P)

Need help for German ArchLinux-Site

Hello,

grub update

I noticed that grub was updated yesterday, with the basic menu.lst file
changed to reference a splash image (splash.xpm.gz). But there doesn't seem
to be a splash.xpm.gz included in the new package. Is this an oversight? Or
are we to supply our own? If the latter, is there any problem if I leave that
line in the grub menu.lst even if I don't have a splash image, or will grub
barf when I boot up?

(Hmmm. Or maybe there's some Arch recommended repository of splash artwork we
should check out?)

Thanks,

DR

 d99a44e33ed79e85b4d0e6d9155d8f05
is what I get from my iso. I have used it to install.
Try a torrent and see what happens.
