The new "ietf-822" mailing list

Greetings. This is the first message on the ietf-822 mailing list, which
has moved from CREN to IMC. The participants of the list are the same.
There is a Web site for the list at <http://www.imc.org/ietf-822> which has
an archive of both the old list and the new one.
