This document describes a new resource record for DNS.  This record
may be used to store public keys for use in IPsec systems.
This record replaces the functionality of the sub-type #1 of the KEY
Resource Record, which has been obsoleted by RFC3445.

It is online now in the ID directory. (it seems to have taken them awhile
to dig out after the power outage or something)

contains a version with change bars.

The major changes are in IANA Considerations, and some minor adjustment
to the text on how the RSA format is defined.
