heads up -- possible meeting in Vancouver

A draft will be appearing in the next few days, a WG draft that is a
revision of draft-bradner-rfc-extracts-01.txt.  I hope to reach 
consensus on the mailing list before the next IETF meeting; if we do 
not, we will likely have a 1 hour session.
