Last Call: 'IETF Rights in Contributions' to BCP

The IESG has received a request from the Intellectual Property Rights WG to 
consider the following document:

- 'IETF Rights in Contributions '
   <draft-ietf-ipr-subm-rights-fix-00.txt> as a BCP

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
iesg <at> ietf.org or ietf <at> ietf.org mailing lists by 2004-09-02.

This document contains one very minor fix to RFC 3667, changing a few words
of one piece of boilerplate. Given the importance of these documents, the
IESG decided to issue a new RFC for this erratum.
