End of Last Call, draft-ietf-eai-mailinglist

The Last Call on draft-ietf-eai-mailinglist-05 is now over.
There has been one ISSUE raised, from Ted Hardie, about the way in which
IRIs are referenced, with a suggestion for a fix.
The Chairs are hereby asking the editor to incorporate that fix and
publish an -06 version of the draft, which will then be sent to the IESG
for publication.
