Regarding a doubt an EFMOAM

Hi,

This is regarding a doubt w.r.t EFMOAM implementation in device.

Is Device needed more than one port to support OAM ?
In which scenario it is true ?

Because One port is enough to monitor the health of the link between customer end and service provider end.
