This document defines the "Start Transport Layer Security (TLS)
Operation" for LDAP [LDAPv3, TLS]. This operation provides for TLS
establishment in an LDAP association and is defined in terms of an
LDAP extended request.

This document is a product of the LDAP Extension Working Group of the
IETF.

This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.

request for information.

Hi,

I'm aware that these mailing-lists are for discussing standarts more than products, so I would 
invite people te respond to me personnally.

I'm looking for information on products that implement the SSL V3 and/or TLS protocols but not
for HTTP. Namely for securing FTP, SMTP, POP3 and IMAP4 protocols. (Both for servers and clients).

If anyone knows of a list, or specific product, please reply to
