circuit's description

hi,
is there anyone who's developing a next version of circuit's description in 
the xml file?
what I'd like to do is adding some obstacles machines can be hit by(for 
example billboard or pole of the light).
Are you developing these? if not I'm eager to do it, but i need help from 
somebody
