openal OK?

Did anybody test the openal code? If everything is OK, I will put an
updated version on CVS next week.

Obsolete Directories

Hi all

If there is no opposition or good reason against it I will remove the 
following directories in /src/drivers:
- inferno 3, 4, 5, 6 (not used/visible)
- tutorial 1, 2 (bt and robot tutorial obsolete those)

Remember that even "deleted" stuff is not lost in the versioning system.

Updated CVS

Hi all

I commited the following changes to the CVS, look at the README for details:
- applied patches from Debian maintainer for GCC 4.0 on AMD64, man 
pages, build system (Rudy Godoy, me).
- applied smoke and skid mark improvments (Christos, me).
- updated clkdtm model and textures (Speedy, me).
- downsized/edited skid texture (me).
