DOF loader in PLIB.

Dunno if this is of much interest to you guys - but I just added a 'DOF'
model loader to PLIB (the version in CVS).

DOF is the format used by the 'racer' car racing game - and there seem to
be a vast number of free 3D car models in that format.

I hope this is of some use to you.

PS  Have you seen the PS-2 car racing game 'Torx' - seems like you should
sue them before they sue you.  Your name came first - and there is certainly
great risk of confusion between the two games.
