Excellent! I'm glad y'all wer able to sort out the fears. It can be a
difficult thing I know.
I presume their primary concern is tracking the foreign bodies across
the campus?

Not to be entirely curmudgeonly, but I rather like where I've been
parking up front and the simple ease of walking back and forth. The
short walk back to the front carpark is pleasantly head clearing after
work and before the games, and after the games before the drive home.
Are the security guys asking that we all park out back? Do you think
they'd be happy with just seeing that we actually walk to/enter the
cafeteria? Not trying to push, just get a feel for what they actually
want to secure out of the situation and their expectations.

Heh. That seems reasonable. I've actually been thinking about offering
a gaming group at PayPal for many months now, held back only by the fact
that the cafeteria (and all meeting rooms) are behind the security
cordon and none of the external doors are visible from the cafeteria.
Walkups would be a similar problem.

We'll need to print our own copies before arrival? We'll probably want
to arrange a rescue path for the many group members who don't
(regularly) read this list.
