saved slice collections

I am continuing to think about saved slice collections.

I think I would like to have multiple separately indexed groups of slice
collections.

For example, group 0 would be collections for the user to load with
plotscripting.

And maybe group 1 would be layouts for individual save games on the
save/load screen. You would normally only need one of these in the
group, but you could have more.

And maybe group 2 would be layouts for save/load screens. You would
normally have two of these, one for save and one for load. (but you
could have more if you thought of a reason)

And maybe group 3 would be layouts for the status screen. Again, you
only need one, but you can have more if you want.

And we would go on allocating groups of slice collections for different
purposes as we ensliceify various screens.

And soon I think I will start work on an EmbedSlice which is a container
for another slice collection.

The slice collection editor (which I am going to get around to
officially renaming one of these days) would not be able to *directly*
edit the children of an EmbedSlice, but it will be able to jump into a
sub-editor for an embed slice, (which will be exactly like the regular
editor but with the root slice constrained in size)

The leader command has always been broken!

In the process of slightly rewording the plotdict entry, copied most changes to the wip plotdict back to ypsiliform.

[Bug 819] New: %-based attacks don't heal outside of battle

http://rpg.hamsterrepublic.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=819

Summary: %-based attacks don't heal outside of battle
           Product: OHRRPGCE
           Version: Nigtly WIP (Zenzizenzic)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows Vista
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P3
         Component: Attacks
        AssignedTo: ohrrpgce <at> lists.motherhamster.org
        ReportedBy: arperry <at> gmail.com

The following attack damages instead of healing when used outside of battle:

- Damage = 25% of maximum HP
- Cure instead of harm
- % based attacks damage instead of set

A quick fix would be much appreciated :)

If Random Effects doesn't check costs, I can't find documentation for it
anywhere.

oobcure is now a wrapper around inflict instead of re-implementing the damage calculations.
This resolves bug 819 (% damage outside battle) and bug 749 (no damage still damages outside battle)
And could possibly resolve some other outside-battle problems.

I tested this in a variety of ways, including items that permanently
increase your max stats, and everything seems okay.

Still, this totally changes the code-path for every single
outside-battle item and outside-battle spell, so be on the lookout for
potential unintended side-effects in existing games. I'll fix them if
you find them ;)

Fixed, and quick!

I am rebuilding an early nightly for you to test this.

This fix is not going to make it onto the Ypsiliform branch because it involves
a pretty major re-write of the way all outside-of-battle attacks work.
