DIS: Re: OFF: [Promotor] Proposal Pool

I'm trying to correct the chamber flag on Goethe's proposal.  I'm having database issues with that.

As soon as the chamber is corrected, I will distribute the proposal.

DIS: Fixing VCs

Draft to fix the identified issues in Voting Credits:

AI of 3

Delete from "Voting Credits" the text reading:

The Promotor may accept reasonable synonyms for "expend" (such as  "pay" or "use") as valid actions under this rule.

Append to the same rule the following paragraph:

Changes to voting limits under this rule take effect at the beginning of the next week.

Oh, arrggh. First draft repealed 1505 then second draft amended it,
I missed taking out the repeal. In general I'd argue that the wrong
indicative name with the right rule number was still clear, so I can't
really claim it's unclear in the case of this accident.

30 days is surely too long.

Michael.
