netrek.org downloads clients out of date

Andrew should be able to. Do we just need 3.3.1 dropped in that folder?

orion:/var/www/www.netrek.org/downloads/clients/index.php needs a new table row, is all. I can't remember the process. I seem to have access. I've changed it, and done a darcs commit.
