OT: Recreating 1890

This was sent to the SCA requesting their help with the project. It was
commented that it might be better suited to the top-hat and waistcoat
wearing gamer community, so I've passed it on. Ifyou're interested, contact
Estelle about it.

I have no idea more than what's written here about what this is about, and
make no claims for what, if anything, this is really about.

Good Afternoon,
My name is Estelle Clements, I'm the producer of last years Bram Stoker
Wedding which took place at St. Anns parish in Dublin (links about this
enclosed below). I'm currently liasing with Dublin City Libraries
regarding this years One City, One Book event which will be Oscar
Wildes' "The Picture of Dorian Gray". This year I will be launching not
only a piece of theatre, but a digital re-creation of 1890 using sites
like facebook, twitter and skype to allow the public to interact with
the world and people of 1890. I know that your focus is pre 17th
century, but I wondered if you might have members also interested in the
period of 1890 and the world of Oscar Wilde who would be interested in
volunteering as characters? I have provided some brief info below.
I am available via email, or on my mobile at 0858485825, as well as

Andrew's hair might be a self-contained ecosystem, but I doubt that
qualifies as a community...

(Sorry Andrew, couldn't resist)

Group hostel booking for Warpcon, 29th to 31st of January.

I've been discussing this for a while with a few people from the IGA and we figured we could take on the task of
organising a group booking for Warpcon at an Ã"ige hostel. I've talked to the hostel and they quoted me a
price of EUR13pppn. Since this is higher than a price Stu had mentioned earlier, I'm guessing the price may
go up as time goes on, so I'd like to get as many people booked in as early as possible. I can't confirm a final
price until I've agreed it with the hostel in case it goes up

I've also looked into the possibility of hiring a coach from Dublin to Cork. It comes in roughly between
EUR25 and EUR40 per head depending on how many book, so whether or not it's a runner depends strongly on how
many people are interested. I know Nuge is a fan of flying or the Train, but I personally prefer the
community spirit of the coach trip.

If you're interested in going, post here or email me and put HOSTEL and/or COACH to express an interest in it.
I'll attempt to keep a record of who's interested. When I get a better idea of numbers, I can give a final
price, get confirmations and start collecting money.

can be seen below. Maybe someone would be interested? tad

Think
your good at bloodbowl? Think you can handle navigating your players through

plummeting to their death at every turn!!
Then,
maybe, just maybe, you have what it takes to play and win Dungeonbowl!!
