WArpcon 40K and FB rulespacks

The rules packs for 40k and FB for Warpcon 2010 are attached

If you've trouble seeing them or if Yahhogroups strips the attachment LMK and I'll see about alternative solutions

30 euro covers the con and all the wargaming you can shake a dice at :)

Last year we had 48 playing 40K and 20 something playing FB. We've haggled with the committee to get more
space so we're hoping we'll get to use the space. We've already got a number of people after preregistering
for games :)

More details and hype closer to the time.

Jimmy

Hi all,

This may be a crazy question, but is there a definitive con calender for
2010 anywhere? (If not, pelase feel free to reply with the dates your con is
on and I'll stick it in my diary).

Cheers,
Sorcha

OT: Recreating 1890

This was sent to the SCA requesting their help with the project. It was
commented that it might be better suited to the top-hat and waistcoat
wearing gamer community, so I've passed it on. Ifyou're interested, contact
Estelle about it.

I have no idea more than what's written here about what this is about, and
make no claims for what, if anything, this is really about.

Good Afternoon,
My name is Estelle Clements, I'm the producer of last years Bram Stoker
Wedding which took place at St. Anns parish in Dublin (links about this
enclosed below). I'm currently liasing with Dublin City Libraries
regarding this years One City, One Book event which will be Oscar
Wildes' "The Picture of Dorian Gray". This year I will be launching not
only a piece of theatre, but a digital re-creation of 1890 using sites
like facebook, twitter and skype to allow the public to interact with
the world and people of 1890. I know that your focus is pre 17th
century, but I wondered if you might have members also interested in the
period of 1890 and the world of Oscar Wilde who would be interested in
volunteering as characters? I have provided some brief info below.
I am available via email, or on my mobile at 0858485825, as well as
