for Bad Company 2 since there are no server files for the public:

Only way to get into that list is to come a trusted partner. Next you will ask how to come a trusted partner, right? Well I would say that you can't. They won't take any new partners. But is you still think that you need to be on that list and you are game server provider, then my suggest is that you will contact your local EA and ask what they think or are they willing to help. Hello everybody, I know BF2 is super old now but we are looking to setup a server, I have all the files in place but I can’t figure out what to use to start it. I’m running Linux and using Webmin to start/stop the servers. Anybody have a start script they are using in Webmin to start/restart and stop the server in screen? Thank you in advance!
