BF2 Start Script?

Hello everybody, I know BF2 is super old now but we are looking to setup a server, I have all the files in place but I can’t figure out what to use to start it.  I’m running Linux and using Webmin to start/stop the servers.  Anybody have a start script they are using in Webmin to start/restart and stop the server in screen?  Thank you in advance!

Will this list be used?

I was wondering if this list is (will be) used for 2142 and Bad Company2.

It seems pretty dead.

removed the ebay addresses.

...yet another good example of why subscribing via email, and confirming
with a reply doesn't work. Joe-job spammers would use
bf1942-subscribe <at> i.o, i.o would send a confirmation email to the bogus
address, where an autoresponder would send it back, confirming that it
wanted to subscribe.

I've weeded out most of these sort of addresses now, hopefully we'll not
have this problem now that we're on Mailman.

REPORTING SPOOF

If you received this message after attempting to report an email that
appears to have come from eBay but actually directs you to another site,
you must forward the message to us again by using the forward function
of your email program. Make certain that spoof <at> ebay.com is in the "to"

forward the email as an attachment.

Tips to Avoid Spoof:

To help our members better protect themselves from spoof Web sites, we
have developed a new feature for the eBay Toolbar called "Account
Guard." Account Guard includes an indicator of when you are on an eBay
or PayPal Website, buttons to report fake eBay Websites, and a password
notification feature that warns you when you may be entering your eBay
password into an unverified site. To learn more about the eBay Toolbar
with Account Guard, open a new browser and type
www.ebay.com/ebay_toolbar into the address bar. Note that eBay will
never send you an email that includes a download as an attachment or a
link that goes to a page with a download.

eBay also recommends that you ensure that your Web browser, operating
system, and virus protection software are up to date. Check for updates
at the "Windows Update" link on www.microsoft.com and scan your computer
for viruses often.

Your message to suspension <at> ebay.com will not be reviewed (KMM318405113V13537L0KM)

Dear member,

Thanks for your email.

If you received an email saying your account has been suspended, it may
not really have come from us. To find out if the email is from eBay,
please check your messages in My eBay:
1. Click "My eBay" at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign
in.
2. Click the "Messages" tab.

If you don't see a copy of the email you received in there, it didn't
come from eBay and we want to see it. Don't reply to the message --
please forward it to us at spoof <at> ebay.com. And please don't change the
message or the subject, or include the email as an attachment (we can't
accept attachments).

If the email did come from us and your account really has been
suspended, we'll be happy to help you work to get the account
reinstated. The email you received explains what the problem was and
what needs to happen before the account can be reinstated. You can
appeal the suspension by replying to the email.

You received this automatic message because you addressed your email to
suspension <at> ebay.com, which is no longer in use. We hope we answered your
questions, but if not, please contact us again and we'll give it another
shot:
1. Click "Help" at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
2. Click "Contact Us."
You'll be asked to describe what's going on, and we'll suggest the best
way to get in touch.

Sincerely,

eBay Trust and Safety team

Please don't reply to this message. It was sent from an address that
doesn't accept incoming email.

Yeah, this list is pretty much dead, I imagine, but it doesn't hurt to
leave it running just in case.

Bandwidth tweaks (BandwidthChokeLimit & co.)

Hello all,
I'm just wondering if there's a command similar to the old
"game.serverBandwidthChokeLimit" and
"game.serverMaxAllowedConnectionType" (BF1942 and BFV servers) on the
BF2 server.
Thanks :-)
