Re: Game Design & Publishing Workshop - Sun, Nov 23rd

That sounds like it will be a great event. Is there any way to set it
up to be a podcast? Being from New York, getting to Michigan is just
not in the cards (no pun intended).

Thanks for thinking about it,

Moderator note: I was hesitant to approve this message based solely on
what was written here. I did watch the video linked and it does feature
a game after the first 1:10 of non-game content, so I approved it.

Re: Shifting Fortunes card game

Dear Moderator,

On the same topic (somewhat) I was hoping to briefly announce, in about 2 weeks when the website is
finalized, that my self-published board game will be available. Is this permissible?

Re: Shifting Fortunes card game

Being a parent of young kids who are begining to learn about the
nations cities, capitlas, and states- I think that at the right price
I'd buy this game.
It seemed quick to learn, fast to play and easy for my kids to lean
about this country.

Re: Shifting Fortunes card game

Verlina,

I have created a fun educational racing themed game dealing with the
United States and the capitols. I have a link on my website for my
free downloadable games.
http://www.gen1400.com/freegames.php

Please feel free to go there and print and play anything that might
interest you. The educational game is called Race Across America.

I welcome anyone to drop by my link and download any of my free board
games. Any and all comments are welcome.

It would be even handier if you lived closer to Michigan. :)

(Missouri is MO, Michigan is MI... just ribbing you, but noting just
in case it confuses anyone else.)

Hi, new member

Hi,

I just found this group. I live in Chicago and have a background in
teaching (although I do not currently work in the education field).
I recently came up with a card game that will help kids learn their
multiplication facts. I am also interested in making the game fun
for adults who know how to multiply. I also have an idea for a
second game. I would like to create this as a sideline or even a
full time gig if I can make that much from it.
