Webhosting services

I need your help. I'm looking for a webhosting service that provides: Best Service, Price, Quality,
Performance and Features for the Best Price. Okay, I'm asking a lot here, but the one I'm using now I
wouldn't recommend for any of the above (Aplus.net). I figure this group's needs are the same as mine and so
I would consider recommendations over some review site on the web. If you want, include the services you
are using now.

Re: Webhosting services

It really depends on what you want. I use Page-Zone.com for my site, and
the sites I host. They are pretty inexpensive, and very reliable. But, a
friend of mine runs whyrockwebhosting.com, which is a bit cheaper with
more space, so I might be switching.

I've been using http://www.webstrikesolutions.com/ for several years now and feel they are really good
and I have never had any problems with them. I use them for 3 different sites...my game site, my pet sitting
business site and my daughters swimming team site.

Re: Webhosting services

I have been very, very impressed with hostingmatters.com. I host
www.eMeanie.com and www.redridgegames.com on their servers and have
done so without a glitch. They also provide a large assortment of
easily insertable components like blogs, mailing lists, subscription
services, e-commerce, etc.

Re: Webhosting services

Five responses, five different webhosts. Who'da thunk? I will review each one and get back to you on the
winner. Thanks for the input.

Re: Webhosting services

Okay, I reviewed each of the suggestions offered. I tried to do a fair comparrison for each, but since each
one offers a variety of packages, I focused on the cheapest monthly package offered. This may not reflect
the best value they have to offer, but I did ask for the best price.

Disc Space Band width SQL Databases Email Accounts Sub domains Email FwdingFrontpage
ExtFantasticoDesign/ Mkt toolsMthly PriceSetup FeeIpower3 gig50
gig1UnlimitedYesYesYesNoYes$3.95 $10.00 Page-Zone 100 MB 300 MB 150 150 150YesYesNoNo$4.95 $0.00
Emax2 gig80 gigUnlimitedUnlimitedYesYesYesYesYes$5.95 $0.00 Hostingmatters50 MB5
gig110NoYesYesYesNo$6.00 ?Webstrike1 gig20 gig1Unlimited?YesYesNoNo$8.00 $30.00

Of course, there are hundreds more out there, and it would be insane to try and compare them all. For my money,
I am going with Emax. Middle of the road price-wise, but I thought they had pretty good features for the
price (and we're talking just a couple of bucks here). Thanks again for your input.

Sorry, about the duplicate messages. The chart I tried to attach did not come through. I've attached it as a

Re: Webhosting services

For some reason I can't send emails to this group from my main email
account.. They keep bouncing.. Anyone know why?

Anyway, the best hosting service you'll find is Emax. Highest rated,
and i've used them for 2 years and have absolutely no complaints.
They have 24/7 tech support as well.

Prices are impossible to beat! They also have Fantastico, so you can
setup any website you want in minutes.

Re: Webhosting services

Go with Emax. One of the highest rated, and lowest prices hosting
companies out there. I've used them for 2 years and have never had an
issue. 24/7 tech support is amazing there.

Re: Webhosting services

Wise, choice.. I researched about 50 companies, and ended up with Emax,
and for the last 2 years, not a single complaint!
