Recent website updates

In the last couple of days I've made some changes to www.sxemacs.org.
Here are the highlights...

Visible Stuff:

  o I finally added a link to store.sxemacs.org.  Take the "SXEmacs
    Merchandise" menu item to get there.

  o There's also a menu link to my Amazon Associates shop... "Retail
    Therapy". 

  o I've added logo images for Amazon and CafePress (CafePress is the
    crowd that does store.sxemacs.org).

If you go to the "shops" via the menu, the Amazon or CafePress pages are
embedded into the SXEmacs web pages.  I was able to customise the Amazon
one so that it looks pretty close to our website theme.  Couldn't
customise the CafePress one, but it doesn't look too bad.  From a users
POV, it is as if they never left sxemacs.org.

If you use the logo image buttons, it goes direct to Amazon/CafePress
and all traces of SXEmacs web are gone.  However things aren't lost.
If somebody goes to Amazon via the Amazon button on our website my
Amazon Associates A/C is recorded and I still get a commission on any
sale.  Pretty sweet! :-)

Invisible Stuff:

  o Validation fixes!  Every page at our website validates against the
    online validator at validator.w3.org (XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS

Configure and make as usual.
Build stops with:
Warning: doc lost for function gcd.
Warning: doc lost for function lcm.

This is usually because some files were preloaded by loaddefs.el or
site-load.el, but were not passed to make-docfile by Makefile.

Dumping under the name sxemacs.dmp

temacs can only be run in -batch mode.
