Summary: Autoload for jabber-presence-strings fails

Initial Comment:
I just got an error when loading jabber-autoloads: jabber-presence-strings couldn't be loaded, since it
depends on jabber-propertize.  I suppose removing the autoload cookie from jabber-presence-strings is
the right way to fix it, since it is only needed after we have connected, at which point `jabber' is already loaded.
