RE: Meet 19-21 September

Dear All

I'm just writing to confirm the dates for the WebLabs meeting in September. It will run from 19-21
September. We will prepare for the review on 19 September, have the review on 20 September, and spend the 21
September planning for next year. We hope people will be able to arrive on 18 September, and leave on 22

WebLabs Meeting in September

WebLabs papers - updated list

Dear all

We have updated the page on the WebLabs website which lists papers presented/published (from the menu on
the left hand side, click 'about', then 'papers'). I would appreciate it if you could have a look through

CERME conference updated info

IOE internal weblabs review

Dear all

You may be aware that we have recently held an internal weblabs review, and have now put the presentations,
agenda, action points etc. up on http://www.weblabs.eu.com/index.jsp , in the members section, under
documentation, entitled 'internal project reviews'. 

The presentations are without the video extracts, as these are too large to be stored on the server. If you
would like to access the video, please contact Gordon or Yishay.

Our external reviewer is currently writing an assessment report, which will I will put up on the site shortly.

activity testing in year 3

Dear all
During the project meeting in Genoa, we drafted together a plan of joint activities for the last project
year. This plan addressed two related questions:
	·	Which activity sequences will be updated and by whom.
	·	Which activities will be tested and by whom.
Note that a major consideration in testing is to have each trial involve more than one partner, to
facilitate the collaborative elements which are central to the project.
Updating an activity sequence requires significant investment, and obviously we should focus primarily
on those activities which will actually be tested this year. Nevertheless, if some lessons were learnt
from the testing of another activity in the course of this year, these should be reflected in an updated
version of its plan. These updates will take lower priority then those of activities we plan to test again.

Given that this is the last year of the project, we should focus on those activities that were most
successful this year, and aim at gathering as much data as possible on these. We therefore propose a
revised draft of the plan from Genoa. 

Please look through the attached document and send us your comments on this plan by 16 August, so that we can
include it in the annual report.
