Can't add books!

Hi,

i have probelms with add books.

Thats my system:
SUSE 9.3
Emilda 1.2.3
Zebra(build rpm --with-perl)

I describe my Problem:
When i won't add a book than i can find the book with the isbn number 
but when i click than on Accept emilda run the perl/Marc.pl and nothing 
was did.

In the Errorlogs stands that:

Than i search for Apache.pm and this file was there!!
What is wrong, have anyone some goog ideas
