Those folders shouldn't be empty in your current workspace, so what it seems you are struggling with there is locating your actual workspace. The easiest method of finding the folder where your workspace (and .log files) reside is to have RDP/RDi open and click the Switch Workspace menu option on the File menu and select Other.... It will display the current workspace location and allow you to cut&paste as you like so you can point Windows Explorer to the right folder.
