Date format in table view

Hello all,

For the table view, where would I set the format for "Last modified" column?
Mine shows up as:
Saturday, June 30, 2007 1:33:18 o'clock PM EDT
I find that a bit long.
I've seen screen shots with different formats, so I know it can be
changed but I can't find a preference for it.

Thank you and have a nice day.
Thierry.

If IBM has written WSDC without native code (e.g. by using jtopen for
all communications) and without relying on IBM JVM specifics, it should
be possible to move the plugins to any other Eclipse, and it would be an
untested, unsupported platform.

Unfortunately I think it needs to be a full Rational product to do so,
i.e. Rational Application Developer or so, which isn't available on OS X
either.

The platform dependencies are taken care of in the Eclipse platform, not
in the plugins, so having an "install in an existing eclipse" would most
likely do it :)

Re: Date format in table view

Hi Thierry,

There is currently no way to specify the format of the date/time in the
table view through WDSC. The Long date format specified in your Windows OS
under "Regional and Language Options" is used. After you change the format
of the Long date there, you will need to restart WDSC for this to take
effect.
There is already an enhancement request for this feature in our requirement
database.

Regards,
Nazmin Haji

The date and time formats in the Windows XP control panel did not look
like what I see in WDSC. I've made a change anyway and it has no effect.
Could this be a Java or Eclipse that could be changed somewhere else?
Otherwise, I'll wait until there's a pref.
Thanks.

WDSC 6, Subclipse and iSeries projects

Hi list!

Today I started experimenting with Subclipse under WDSC 6. I have been working with Subversion in the past
so I was hoping to be right on track quickly.

The plan is to use Subclipse / Subversion for iSeries projects (ILE RPG and such).

So far it's working quite OK but I have a tiny problem:

Whenever I checkout projects that are new to a workbench they will only be listed in the Navigator window but
not in the iSeries-Project Navigator - refresh doesn't work. I actually have to reopen WDSC to be able
editing source members.

I am using WDSC 6.0.1 with Interim Fixpack 6.0.1.3.

Wonder if anyone experienced the same issue?

Mit freundlichen Grüßen

MIchael,

EGL having become a separate Passport Advantage product (RBD Extension) is
subject to Passport Advantage terms and conditions. In order to guarantee
free upgrades to future releases and to receive support/maintenance
Customers will buy a yearly subscription. The initial entitlement to RBD

I don't think this would fix it and I believe they can already install into
an existing instance of eclipse as of 7.0. Just because a plugin is created
to install into an existing install of eclipse doesn't mean that those
plugins wont have Windows hooks - know what I mean?
