Thanks for the release!

Let me note there are several broken links on the download page. You should
replace v2.0 by v2.2 in them.

While building the new packages for Fedora I spotted one nit:

2009-11-29 Chris Allegretta <chrisa <at> asty.org>
        * prompt.c (get_prompt_string) - Universally handle help key when is
disabled. Fixes Savannah
          bug 28117 by David Lawrence Ramsey <pooka109 <at> gmail.com>.
        * chars.c, files.c: Add junk vars to silence the compiler. Sigh.

This ^^^ is not going to work well. Instead of silencing the compiler it
prints 15 warnings about unused variable 'shutup'. I sent a patch *solving*
exactly these warnings two months ago, however it has stayed intact on the
list since then.

Re: GNU nano 2.2.0

Thank you for noticing Kamil, this has been fixed I will look for the
patch you mention this evening as i did notice the new compiler
warnings as well but have not yet had a chance to fix them.

Thanks for considering it! Attached is a patch against SVN which I've just
applied on Fedora. The warnings are gone. Let me know if there is anything
wrong with the patch.

Fwd: nano 2.2.0: help screen error

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: Christian Weisgerber <naddy <at> ...>
Date: Tue, Dec 1, 2009 at 8:01 PM

I just noticed what looks like a silly error in nano 2.2.0's help
screen (^G).  Look at the menu at the bottom:

^G Get Help     ^Y Prev Page    ^Y First Line
^X Exit         ^V Next Page    ^V Last Line

Really, ^Y and ^V twice?

Re: Fwd: nano 2.2.0: help screen error

Thanks for the report Eitan (and Christian!), this should be fixed in r4452.

Re: GNU nano 2.2.0

Thanks Kamil, this looks great. Committed in svn and credited to you in r4452.

nano crashes when "redoing" from no actions

If I press ctrl+y (which I bound to redo) or ctrl+z (which I bound to
undo) it generates a sig11 and dumps a core.

GNU nano 2.2.1

is released

2009.12.12 - GNU nano 2.2.1 "DLR strikes back" is open for business.
This release fixes many bugs, including: missing
keybindings for page up/down and GotoDir in the browser,
^P/^N in the help menu, and restoration of M-W as the
default re-search binding. Other fixes include several
issues with compiler warnings and configure options, and
documentation updates, including the nano texinfo manual,
nano and nanorc man pages, and UPGRADE file, and some
missing syntax highliting entries for the saple nanorc.
And no release would be complete without the latest round
of 'final' soft wrapping fixes! Finally, nano will no
longer print a warning when attempting to insert the
contents of a read-only file into an existing buffer.
		Enjoy and Happy Hanukkah.

Is it a bug that 2.2.0 and 2.2.1 no longer center search matches?
