That's really strange, I didn't see anything about this request
anywhere. *confused*

I've now re-subscribed gmane.comp.lib.qt.devel to
development <at> lists.qt-project.org. Please let me know in case that didn't
work and no new messages show up in the group.

For importing archived messages please contact Lars at admin <at> gmane.org
(see <http://gmane.org/import.php> for details on importing list
archives.)

Did you read the entire thread? That explains some of it, maybe? (It
wasn't quite making sense to me either, until I went back and read more
of the thread. Then it seemed to, but you know more about gmane's
systems than I do, and I'd have thought you'd have checked the entire
thread as well, so maybe I'm wrong.)

If I'm reading things correctly, the list had been subscribed some time
ago, then was thought to be a dup of a different list, so was removed,
possibly based on similar name only, without double-checking that it was
a dup.

But according to the thread, the list isn't a dup after all, thus the
request to resubscribe.

Again assuming I've got things straight, the message about the list being
subscribed but then removed was probably based on the old apparent-dup
removal -- gmane's automated checking likely simply saw it was there

Thanks for taking care of that. Messages are now showing up.

It seems that before contacting Lars, I have to contact the list admins. Is
that really necessary? I can get a full archive from someone else in mbox
format and send it myself otherwise.

..qt.devel seems back now but ..qt.general is still empty. Is this a related
issue?
