That sounds very promising... I've been using the add-on called
firemacs for a good while but it has only quite a limited subset of
emacs commands and not anything like the reformat command M-q

As far as I can tell I've had snews://news.gmane.org - sans bonus
s in the host name - in my slrn configuration for a very long time.

See you've fixed it now. I'm greatful. Thanks!

I am no web programmer, so I only got so far as to make it fill in the
current url in the box (meaning I still have to wait until it loads and
then press tab-tab-tab-tab-enter): http://folk.uib.no/kun041/gwene.html

And lucky you, you don't even live in Italy:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/greenslade/2010/jul/31/censorship-italy

Please, you people from civilized countries, come and invade Italy as soon as
possible. We can guarantee: nice weather here for holidays and one of the best
cuisine in the world.

Pardon me for this OT appeal. Please, hurry. Tanks will be needed.

Thank you.

Having the same issue with:

<http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.apache.incubator.ooo.user/32>
<http://news.gmane.org/find-root.php?group=gmane.comp.apache.incubator.ooo.user&article=32&type=blog>
No such article.

Actually, all of the articles on gmane.comp.apache.incubator.ooo.user
get the same response when clicking on 'Topic|Go to the topic'.

Looks like a new variant on the old 419 (Nigerian) scam to me.
Ten to one they wanted you to click something, too.

Seriously, how could any lawyer in India imagine their courts
having jurisdiction??

I could not find gmane.discuss.subscribe, is that a valid group?

Well, why not? They have to have something to do...

Anyway, the DHL man found me and gave me the documents. Looks legit to
me.

Of course, Appendix H (or something) that listed the URL they wanted
removed said

http://blog.gmane.org/...india.../month=...

I mean, almost literally. With the dots. I think the printer formatter
thing they used helpfully shortened the URL because it was too long.

The fun never stops.

Perhaps the articles were expired or something?

What to do when a feed moves?

Hi,

Github recently announced they're moving their feed to
http://github.com/blog.atom Is there a way to change
gwene.com.github.blog to point there?

Or did I just request the change? :)

As always, thanks for Gwene (and Gmane and Gnus)! What's next?
