I've resubscribed the list a few times now, and since it seems to keep
dropping off the subscription list, I'm guessing the error is on the
emacs-w3m end.

Ok then, I'm going ahead and subscribe gmane.comp.hardware.avr.chat

Lucky you :-)

I also tried to subscribe first to the involved mailing lists but not
avail.

I wonder if there is any Gmane group I can use to test posting without
disturbing another mailing list users. I've seen "gmane.test" but is

gmane.comp.db.tds.freetds - list discontinued - make read-only?

Hi, the sybperl-l mailing list has been discontinued (according to a message
from the list owner michael.x.peppler <at> jpmchase.com). However the archives are
still a useful resource. Could the group gmane.comp.db.tds.freetds be kept on
Gmane but marked as read-only and disconnected from the list address somehow?

Oh, I have problems posting to gmane.emacs.auctex.devel and had no clue
what might be the cause. Maybe it's the missing authorization mail,
too. So now I've subscribed without mail delivery. I'll report back if
that did the trick.

gmane.comp.db.tds.freetds - mark non-public

The mailing list freetds <at> ibiblio.org silently drops messages from non-
subscribers (see <http://lists.ibiblio.org/mailman/listinfo/freetds>).
Please could you mark it as 'non-public' on Gmane. Group name is
gmane.comp.db.tds.freetds.
