most recent *.openmoko.* articles 2007-08-08 ?

Hi, I read gmane.comp.handhelds.openmoko.device-owners and
gmane.comp.handhelds.openmoko.community via news.gmane.org and noticed
that the most recent articles are from 2007-08-08 yet the latest
messages on openmoko.org in the mailing list artchies are from 2007-08-10.

Is there are problem in gmane receiving these lists?

Arthur.

E'mail body duplicated in web interface

I recently sent an e'mail to the "cygwin <at> cygwin.com" mailing list. That list is
available through gmane as "nntp://news.gmane.org/gmane.os.cygwin". When my
mail is viewed using the web interface at
"http://article.gmane.org/gmane.os.cygwin/91423", the body of the e'mail appears
twice. The e'mail body appeared only once on the list (see
"http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2007-08/msg00259.html" ) and only once when viewed
using the nntp interface (

I checked the first group. The most recent article there was a few
minutes old.

That does look like a bug. I wonder whether it happens in all
multipart/mixed articles.

gmane.comp.java.roller.* lists moved to apache.org

The roller blog engine project has moved away from sf.net and finally
found it's home at http://roller.apache.org. I think that means the
gmane groups needs to be subscribed too.

Not sure if there is a cvs commit mailing list anymore.

Oddities with author search

Hi,

a search for written by »Andrew Choi« in group »gmane.emacs.xemacs.*«
<http://search.gmane.org/?query=&author=Andrew+Choi&group=gmane.emacs.xemacs.*>
results in »No documents match your query« although a search for
written by »Choi« in group »gmane.emacs.xemacs.*«
<http://search.gmane.org/?query=&author=Choi&group=gmane.emacs.xemacs.*>
gives several hits for »Andrew Choi«.

I also seem to recall that entering part of the mail address
(e.g. "akochoi") used to work, but it doesn't right now.

Bye, Reiner.

Blog interface erroring

The archive widget in the left column of the blog interface seems to be
generating a lot of error messages. I suggest viewing it with curl or wget and
head, as Firefox really doesn't cope with it. The error is:

<b>Warning</b>:  date(): Unexpected error in
<b>/home/httpd/gmane/php/blib.php</b> on line <b>43</b><br />
<br />
<b>Warning</b>:  date(): Unexpected error in
<b>/home/httpd/gmane/php/blib.php</b> on line <b>44</b><br />

and then the second Warning loops forever.

(obtained with curl http://blog.gmane.org/gmane.discuss | sed -e '/line.*44/q' )
