Mark Presco's Racist Manifesto advocates the removal of the social safety net from all non-whites so that
they will parish from the earth. In the photo above we see Mark with his arm around his niece, Drew Benton,
who is a close kin of Jessie Benton and her husband, John Fremont, who helped found a political
Abolitionist Party, and after the Civil War played a big role in the Reconstruction of the South. The
Radical Republicans helped put many blacks in political office. The Fremonts would be shocked to see one
of their descendant being embraced by a person they would consider their mortal enemy.

"I have gone so hard over on this issue that under no circumstances will I agree to subsidize the population
explosion of the non-achieving races of the world. I am furious that this country has become a welfare
state that subsidizes the population explosion of brown people in this country. I am furious that I am
paying to pump food and health care into Africa and other parts of the world to alleviate the horrible
suffering of these people."

For fourteen years I have worked hard to keep my brother from resting our late sister's Creative Legacy away
from our niece's and blessing the sale of this imporant and historic family legacy to an outsider. Mark
hated the Creative Family Forum that Christine Rosamond Benton's established with her pronominal
success. Very few woman artists have achieved the success that Christine enjoyed. It cast Mark – the
avowed misogynists – in her shadow. This is what my brother says from Rosamond's podium, he actually
suggesting I post some of it in my biography about our late sister.

"I am a white man who has grown weary of the guilt trip laid on us by women and people of color. Indeed, I have
grown intolerant. To many my intolerance makes me a bigot, my bigotry a sexist and racist. So be it."

My many warnings I sent to the Superior Court of Monterey, fell on deaf ears. I sent long letters to Hon.
Richard M. Silver, and the executor of Christine's estate informing them my father and brother were
racist neo-Nazis. There is a possibility Mark knew Judge Silver who was a partner of Francis Heisler a
