Place Powerpro Bar on Second Monitor in Dual Monitor Setup?

I am sure the answer is very simple, but all I can find searching the
archives is discussions on how to manipulate multiple monitor windows.
I have a dual monitor setup, and my main bar is positioned in the
center top of the main window. I would like a duplicate of that bar to
be in the top of the second window. Easy enough to create (called
"Second Bar"), and I have gotten it to stay put by setting it a fixed
offset from Main Bar. The problem is that Powerpro will not activate
it when I bump the top of the second screen. It only recognizes my
bumping the top of the *first* screen, at which time *both* bars pop
up. How can I get this to work? Thanks.

You cannot in general. PowerPro only recognizes the screen
coordinates for the main screen for edge bump processing.

Possibly, if you set the second screen to be logically just to the
right or left of the first, so that it shares the same top screen
coordinate with the first, it may work.

Else you could use a marker window for bar on the the second monitor
and click on that marker to make the bar appear. Or use any hot key
with a *bar show command. Or look into mouse trap plugin, which does
have hot keys based on mouse position.

BTW, if you are not changing screen resolution, you can also fix the
position of a bar with the locked position (after dragging it to the
desired position).

BTW, note that this is the designed behaviour if you lock a bar to
another. See the help for locking (near the end of the help topic).
You can create a circular lock to make each bar control the other.

Mouse Lag with PowerPro

Hi everyone,

Does anyone else here have an ATI-4850 and PowerPro? I was wondering
if PowerPro had a problem with this particular video card. I recently
swapped my nVidia 8800GT for an ATI HD-4850 (Catalyst 8.8 drivers),
and now, whenever I mouse over a button on my PowerPro bar, it takes a
couple of seconds for the button to highlight. If I then click it, it
takes PowerPro a couple of seconds to register it. The only fix thus
far is to drag the Hardware Acceleration slider down a notch, but this
disables the Catalyst Control Centre, so at the moment, I've dragged
the slider back up to maximum until I see if anyone else has a problem
with PowerPro and a 4850.

I majesticartz,

It's look that the PSAPI.DLL that it is called by PowerPro is
obsolete or you have a wrong version intalled in your computer.

Normally it is located on your C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder.

take a backup copy of this one (Copy and Paste), you will have
something like "Copy of PSAPI.DLL" in case that something goes wrong

Try to locate any other PSAPI.DLL that you could have in your
computer with the search option from the explorer. You're suppose to
have more than one in the result window.

The good one should be (24 576 bytes - SIZE ON DISK) dated from

Just for your information:

PCRE updated to version 7.8

I have posted the following files which update the PCRE libraries used
by PowerPro and the regex plugin. To install the files, shutdown
PowerPro and unzip to PowerPro plugins folder. Then restart PowerPro.

PCRE 7.8 has bug fixes (including an overwriting bug) and a
performance improvement for checking Unicode character properties.

Sheri
