Likely indicates that another application is interfering with the 
PowerPro clipboard hook.

Try checking "Re-attach" on the GUI Control tab near the track clips 
section.

Finding whether file is writeable

I've developed quite a nifty CMS that uses PowerPro as the dancing
master. One thing I'd love to do is to find out whether a particular
file is writeable before it's opened (everything is readable). I've
checked thru the docs for the file plugin and I can't see anything.

The quick and dirty way of doing it would be just trying to write a
temp text file in the directory enclosing the desired file, but I was
wondering whether there was anything a bit more elegant available. . .

uff, thanks a lot - I will first try to understand it and then see if
I can get it running on my config...

This sometimes opened up in the background, so it did not help either.

Also no effect.

Just fyi, the readme inside the zip file has a few small inaccuracies.
First it says it is v4.6, which is wrong. It says it is released Nov
2006, which is wrong. It says for new installation to 'Unzip
pwrpro45.zip' - the filename is actually pwrpro47.zip, that line is
referring to v4.5 zip. For upgrade, it says to 'Unzip pwrpro46.zip' -
again, the wrong filename and version.

Error handling !

Hi 
I would like to have a NONE BREAKABLE SCRIPT WITHOUT any window and
any prompt !

I've found the onErrorS in the proxwerpro.doc but I do not know how to
make it effective !

 
I have a script is like :
local _onError =onerrorsetting
;; Sample ============
Excec.onError("none")
do( myStuffToDo )
do( mySecondStuffToDO )
Excec.onError(_onError)

Even myStuffToDo or mySecondStuffToDO  can be invalid command but i do
not want to see any error window !

Can't set favorite folder on the open/save dialog

Hello,

I have read the readme and followed all the instruction to set favorite 
folder. But my bar named "favorite folder" remain cant show. 
When i press "show all bar" , it show the error "cannot find window to 
change or to send keys to c=powerproTooBarShadow", and then the bar has 
showed.
My pp is installed F driver

No, if you mean color in some other program like Windows Explorer.

Yes, if you mean color in PowerPro display.  YOu have to script it.  
One way:  Create a command list from file.allfiles and you cl.functions 
to set own color.  Then show as bar or menu showfile.

Depends how you hid the taskbar.

Why do you have c=powerprotoobarshadow" anywhere?  It has nothing to do 
with favorite folders.

Follow the help carefully.  It works for me and other users.  You may 
need to reverse check on setup|advanced|other|Use fast send keys for 
{to folder}.  Also ofr non_English don't forget to set 
setup|advanced|characters|file name character
