[awesome bugs] #826 - When switching to float awesome resizes clients by bordersize

I cannot reproduce this, I use borders always have and a lot of floaters so I expect I would hit this bug before.

There was a bug when floating clients had titlebars, but that one was resolved in 3.4.10, http://git.naquadah.org/?p=awesome.git;a=commit;h=6fe0c279309cc

It happens for me when I have this in my rc.lua. It does not happen with mplayer.

    { rule = { class = "Smplayer" },
      properties = { border_width = 1, floating = true, sticky = true } },

[awesome bugs] #913 - CPU usage goes up with awesome+urxvt+mocp+stream

THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE, DO NOT REPLY.

A new Flyspray task has been opened. Details are below.

User who did this - F (airmack)

Attached to Project - awesome
Summary - CPU usage goes up with awesome+urxvt+mocp+stream
Task Type - Bug Report
Category - Core
Status - Unconfirmed
Assigned To -
Operating System - Linux
Severity - Low
Priority - Normal
Reported Version - 3.4.10
Due in Version - Undecided
Due Date - Undecided
Details - Hi there,

I am having quite some strange behavior with awesome and the above configuration.
If i fire up urxvt, start a mocp session and start playing a stream, i get an increased CPU usage.
Like this, http://img842.imageshack.us/img842/5144/screenshot2011053115401.png

This behavior does not occur if i start a different terminal emulator like xterm, nor if i start mocp in a
screen session, nor if i play a local file. Also if i detach the ncurses gui of mocp the cpu usages drops back
to normal.

If you need any help of reproducing this misbehavior, need log files or anything else, just hit me back and i
will try to provide.

Could you strace awesome during that high-cpu-usage time? (and perhaps even xtrace / x11trace, but that
might not be needed (yet)).

Also, where does the weird OS to your right come from? Oo

[awesome bugs] #914 - Use one account for both wiki and flyspray in naquadah.org

THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE, DO NOT REPLY.

A new Flyspray task has been opened. Details are below.

User who did this - A. Syukri Abdollah (syockit)

Attached to Project - awesome
Summary - Use one account for both wiki and flyspray in naquadah.org
Task Type - Feature Request
Category - Core
Status - Unconfirmed
Assigned To -
Operating System - All
Severity - Very Low
Priority - Normal
Reported Version - git/master
Due in Version - Undecided
Due Date - Undecided
Details - As of now, logging in to either wiki or the bugtracker requires seperate accounts. I hope a wrapper
around flysray login to use the wiki login, or the other way around can be implemented.

OpenID authentication will be a big bonus, but flyspray does not yet support it, though it is in the roadmap
for 1.0: http://bugs.flyspray.org/roadmap/proj1

Upstream says: Debian bug #629061 should be reassigned to the kerneloops package. The spec has a
GetCapabilities() request and awesome clearly announces that it doesn't do actions nor links. (I assume
that this is about <a>-style links for which I'd have no idea what app to start them in anyway).

If kerneloops needs a capability which the current notification daemon doesn't support, it shouldn't use
it. Firefox does so, too. (In other news, firefox doesn't like naughty since naughty doesnt implement
actions and links)

[awesome bugs] #915 - Implement freedesktop.org autostart specification

THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE, DO NOT REPLY.

The following task is now closed:

FS#915 - Implement freedesktop.org autostart specification
User who did this - Uli Schlachter (psychon)

Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: If google gave me the right link (thanks for providing one in the
report!), that spec applies to desktop environments, but awesome is a window manager. It manages windows.

As you noted, there are seperate projects which make this (supposedly) work, so what would be the point of
having this in awesome?
