Also, I notice the category list is missing tag <li></li> for each category,
and it broken my theme.

YES! Awesome! It's about time.. =P I'll upload the latest files that were sent through the SVN list, and see
what happens..  ;) :)

Also, if you haven't already done so, please add/modify your plugins on the list here:

Honestly I've lost track, anyone want to take a stab at trying to fill
out some of their favorite new stuff?

Re: Your mission, should you choose to accept it

Looks like Justin Blanton's SmartArchives plugin (http://
justinblanton.com/projects/smartarchives/) broke when I upgraded.

Re: Your mission, should you choose to accept it

I'm sure he'll post through here then, well maybe. But, with James Kelly's - Themed Login and Registration
Pages.
http://www.jameskelly.org/wordpress-plugins/custom-login-and-registration-forms-plugin/

http://www.jameskelly.org/wordpress/plugins/styling-the-themed-login-and-registration-pages/

It works just fine with 2.1, from what I can tell..

However.. before uploading the plugin, in the themed-logreg.php file:

Find this line:
require_once( ABSPATH . WPINC . '/registration-functions.php');

Change it to this:
require_once( ABSPATH . WPINC . '/registration.php');
