New release in preparation

Hi everyone,

we're currently preparing a new DokuWiki release with a lot of new and
exciting features. A first Release Candidate is planned for December
the 1st.

Please head over to http://translate.dokuwiki.org/ and see if your
language needs any updating.

Updates can be send as always, to me directly or the I18n mailing list.
