This works with <code> also. (I asked the same question a few months ago.)

ODT plugin and images

Hi,
I have installed the ODT plugin on my wiki, but it appears that an
export does not include the images that are on a page[1],[2].
Is this a known issue/feature?
Right now I use the ~~ODT~~ syntax, but I assume that's not relevant,
it still does do=export_odt

http://www.jslint.com/ on the "discussion" plugin's file named "script.js"

The main reason I'm writing is to report the
result of an on-line tool that checks javascript,
when asked to check the "discussion" plugin's file
named "script.js.

I first pointed my web browser at

    http://www.jslint.com/

Then I copied and pasted the contents of
"scritp.js" into the web site's form.

Then I checked the "assume a browser" box.

I finally clicked on the button to run the on-line
tool.

The output follows below....

Thanks,
Kingsley

=====================Output Follows==========================

Error:

Implied global: $ 57 92 99, DOKU_BASE 62, addEvent 94 101, addInitEvent 84 91 98, initToolbar 86, sack 65,
toolbar 86, window 85

Problem at line 26 character 15: Expected '{' and instead saw 'return'.

http://www.jslint.com/ on the 'captcha' plugin's file named 'script.js'

this reminds me that I was writing a plugin which had some javascript in it, the javascript works completely fine on a test html file, but after deploying it to the plugin (I think merging all the javascript into one big block by the wiki), it always complained about missing "}"

And your point is? Rather than pasting jslint output it would be more
helpful to point out where you think there are problems with the code.

I may owe an apology for being terse, and not
mentioning that I like dokuwiki.

Only that

1.) an on-line javascript checker exists at

    www.jslint.com

and

2.) it may help maintainers standardize
javascript in their plugins.

I'm not familiar with javascript, but my
understanding from reading the checker's on-line
help is that, for example, where the report says

    Problem at line 26 character 15: Expected '{' and instead saw 'return'.

    if(!form) return;

it means that the form of the 26th line, which is

    if(!form) return;

is known to contribute to mistakes in projects
where many programmers are working on the same
code.

It suggests rewriting the line as

    if(!form) {
        return;
    }

Thanks,
Kingsley

PS: I happened to notice that the email address for
the "discussion" plugin's maintainer,
dokuwiki <at> chimeric.de, bounced.
