Early Booking Discount Until 30 September for UxFest London
Apologies for this mid-month update, but I wanted to let you know about the early booking discount for UxFest London (1-4 November) and to provide some extra information about some of the courses.
Early booking runs until 30 September (not October as originally stated on our web site). Three-for-two and the full conference discounts continue to be available after the 30th, but at a slightly higher day rate.
On the news front, I received the following email from an attendee of our Agile UX & UCD course:
I attended your workshop and wanted to let you know that some of your ideas have been extremely helpful for my company. We've done a complete 360 from waterfall
to agile and everyone's loving it. Thanks!!!
- Maria Emerson, User Experience Manager
We’re running this course again as part of UxFest on 1st November.
Jim Kalbach has also had some good news, with his paper on alignment diagrams published by one of the premier design resources, Boxes and Arrows at http://www.boxesandarrows.com/view/alignment-diagrams
James will be presenting his full-day course on this topic on 3rd November.
The full line-up is:
Nov 1: Agile User Experience & UCD (how to fit user experience into Agile working; WH)
Nov 2: Agile Requirements (use cases, user stories, scenarios & personas in Agile; WH)
Nov 3: Alignment Diagrams (a holistic view of customer interaction and service design; JK)
Nov 4: Faceted Navigation (an example-rich study of facets and their use in navigation design; JK)
Drop us a line (reply to this email) if you need a course you don’t see on our site or would like to run one or more in-house, anywhere in the world.
