July News - Courses in London, Brussels & Hamburg + Free Benchmarking Reports

(Apologies if you receive more than one of these)

COURSES

We’ve added dates in Brussels and Hamburg to our series of UCD, UX and usability courses running in London. The next course (in London in September) is our revised Web & Intranet Usability - an ideal introduction to various techniques and best practice in creating good user experiences. Topics include card sorting, visual design, writing effective content, search optimization and accessibility. There is an early booking discount on the course until 13 August, plus a three-places-for-the-price-of-two discount across all of our London and Brussels courses.

Other courses in the series include:

Agile User Experience & UCD

Persona-Driven Design

Ajax Design & Usability

Card Sorting for Navigation Design

Plus related communication skills courses (Communicating with Emotional Intelligence and Negotiating Skills)

See the course schedule and booking form for further details.

FREE BENCHMARKING REPORTS

We now have two user experience benchmarking reports, the first was on UK mobile phone e-commerce. Our latest is a comparison of the top 6 clothing retailer sites from the US and UK (12 in total). We can use a similar approach to benchmark intranets, with no long-term commitment or expense. Get in touch if you want to have your own e-commerce site or intranet benchmarked.
