SURVEY on USER CENTERED DESIGN in the industry

I've already posted out (20-11-2003)on this list my intention to
benchmark UCD integration via a web survey.

Now (after designing, testing it, etc.) it's started.

I invite all of you to complete this SURVEY on USER CENTERED
DESIGN in the industry.
++ IMPORTANT: only actual User-Centered Design practitioners
should answer ++

Usability Policies

Folks,

I have been working on a high-level usability 'policy' paper for my
organisation and wondered if anyone else had produced a similar document. At
the moment I have a seemingly endless list of discussion areas, not to
mention a monstrous list of dos, don'ts, recommendations and suggestions,
but am finding it quite hard to nail it all down into a simple and 'usable'
read!
