[Sigia-l] Job Posting: Digital Asset Specialist/Librarian

I¹m sorry for the cross-postings!

There is still another opening for a DAM specialist, like a librarian for
our DAM. Please read the posting thoroughly before applying. You MUST apply
online, and I am not any part of the hiring process, so please DO NOT send
resumes to me. I¹m just the other DAM specialist, so I¹m posting the
position to find my co-worker. Hiring is done through an official process
with HR, and it starts online.

Here are some of the FAQ.
Start date: No later than June 27th
Salary and benefits: I do not know the details of this one, but the benefits
are very good at Sears. It just depends on if you¹re hourly or salaried. I
believe this is hourly and that there is a 6 month waiting period like I
had. Again, HR would know those things.
Location: I-90 and Randall Rd. Yes, it¹s WAYYYY out there. It¹s near the Big
Timber metra stop, I¹m told.
Office atmosphere: It¹s a studio, so it¹s your typical studio environment.
Craziness but great people.
This is FT, 40 hours a week. They will be starting an interview phase next
week, so make sure to submit in time!

[Sigia-l] [JOB] Information Architect, Washington, DC | $50-$75/hour

This is a contract/hourly 8+ week on-site gig located in the Washington DC
area paying $50.00 to $75.00 per hour depending on experience.  They need

The core skill is wireframing and annotating.  We need an experienced
Information Architect who can work within a pre-existing web framework/CSS,
etc - and conceptually frame requirements that will then be used by the IT
and UX/Design teams to physically build the pages.  The role is functional
in nature.  This is NOT a technical programming position - but rather
someone focusing for 8+ weeks to complete the wireframe portion of the
front-end development lifecycle.

Senior User Experience Consultant required for a fantastic integrated
corporate communications design agency. Really exciting growing company
based in amazing offices just by the River Thames in East, centre of London.

Client is looking for an experienced UX consultant who is able to run and
own the UX. Fantastic opportunity to get involved in the full UX lifecycle,
from Strategy, Research to UX Design. You will be required to get involved
in the more hands on work, documentation (wireframes, sitemaps, user
journeys etc) however you will also be expected to be heavily involved in
the strategic nature of projects. You will be sitting with strategy and
planning and will have the use of UX contractors when required. 

You will also be required to lead workshops and brainstorm to generate
interactive concepts too designing and prototyping product experiences that
meet demanding quality standards.

Opportunity to get involved in a multiple of projects and medias from web,
mobile to social media. Recently projects have included a major corporate 3
phase redesign. This included a redesign of their corporate website, a new
mobile application and a new social media strategy and offering which
included new policies, guidelines and implementation. 

Benefit of this Senior UX Role is not only that the work is very varied,
working across multiple accounts but also that you can really define how and
where you want the role to go. If you have an idea, run with it. Not a
hierarchical nature, very collaborative and friendly place to work.
