quick hack - deployed properties

following the foaf schema cleanup thread...

http://rdfweb.org/~pldab/rdfweb/outthere.txt lists all the properties
and classes from the current perl rdfweb installation (which btw is
still frozen while i track down some bugs). in other words, these are
all the properties and classes the robot encounterd on its last run.

the current listing is just perl munged from allfactoids.P, the triple
dump left by the robot. A nicer version would do some schema-registry
type stuff and point into rdfweb for definitions and the like. All in
good time.

wot schema

follwing Aarons piece on signing, I thought i'd better get something up
at wot ns, so I've done a draft of the wot schema - using Dan's wot and
foaf files

http://rdfweb.org/~pldab/rdfweb/webwho.xrdf
http://rdfweb.org/~pldab/rdfweb/danbri.wot.rdf

at

http://xmlns.com/wot/0.1/

comments invited.

cheers,

Libby

Thanks a ton for saving me there, Libby! Guess this means another visit from
nitpick-boy!

Again, your ranges use the WD namespace for RDFS:

<rdfs:range rdf:resource="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-rdf-schema#Literal" />

(this is a problem on foaf, too)

Re: Re: wot schema

no probs - I found it pretty embarrassing that we hadn't got one.

fixed up the ns errors - didn't twig what you meant at fist (speak very
slowly and clearly for an old person to understand ;-)

cheers,

So does the RDF namespace schema!

Pathserver online (fwd)

for info / reference...

[[
This is an experimental PGP key path finder. You enter two keyids (8 digit
hex ids, not usernames or email addresses) and it tries to find a path
between them. It'll probably fail to do so either because it has crashed
or doesn't have a full set of data, but hey, at least I've finally got it
sort of on the web
..
(ie find a set of keys such that 'from' signs key x which signs key y
which signs key z which signs 'to', so that it may be possible for someone
who trusts key 'from' to trust key 'to' to some extent.)

Hi!

I write you this message, because you left your email address

There is an experimental pathserver online at the address

rdf web ring idea: co-depiction

while taking too many photos in hong kong, i had an idea i want to
bookmark for integrating the image metadata with the six-degrees thing. it
doesn't require any new vocab, although more terms might be useful.

idea is to represent paths through rdfweb space (from person to person)
via images that foaf:depict two or more people. eg i have a picture that
depicts libby and me; one with me and chaals; another with chaaals and
eric. and so on. same goes for videos (once I get some way of turning my
camera's quicktime into mpeg...). i thought it would make for some nice
and highly visual demos. and i got most of the code to do it...

so there you go. one for the when-its-finished list :)

Re: rdf web ring idea: co-depiction

nice idea.
I've got some code that would help with the metadata generation.

rdfweb tshirt designs

I've been thinking about possible tshirt designs.

links at

http://swordfish.rdfweb.org/~libby/foaf/

current design

http://swordfish.rdfweb.org/~libby/foaf/tshirt1.jpg

which is going to include all the 'knows' arcs in

http://swordfish.rdfweb.org/~libby/foaf/foaf.jpg

the justification for these people being included is that they were all
in files at the beginning, or I thought they ought to be!

nominations of other people to me...but I'd like to keep the number
smallish to keep the relative simplicity of the design.

finally - does anyone want one? Probably orange on dark red as per the
url, and (I'll have to charge) UKP 10-15.

cheers
