AIS doesn't check user's permissions before providing the "edit this" or
"create new" buttons.

It is frustrating to users if they don't know what they can or can't edit.
Now saving just fails with MGD_ACCESS_DENIED if user doesn't have the
correct permissions.

indented format, as this would make the permissions structure clearer

Summary:              Thoughts about 'Members only' possibilities
Description: 
For some sites, a "members only" area is needed. This could be done by
creating a new MidgardPage (with all the code-* MidCOM stuff) and "require
auth" for it, but that would rather be a "members only site".
Would it make sense to define a topic parameter (e.g.
midcom.require_auth=1) which makes the URL parser look if there is a
non-guest $midgard->user? Authentication would then have to be done by
non-http-auth Module such as NemeinAuth.
